You understand and agree that the owners of this site shall not be
liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary
damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits,
data or other intangible losses (even if the owners of this site have
been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the
use or the inability to use the product(s) and or service(s) or any
misuse of the product(s) and or service(s) in a manner not in
accordance with their intended use.
Return Policy:
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any
reason you are not satisfied, you may return your product within 30 days of purchase, provided it
is in unused condition.
All merchandise returned or exchanged will be subject to a 20%
re-stocking fee less the shipping charges. Shipping and handling on
return merchandise will not be refunded or covered by us. In the case of
products that arrive damaged or in an unusable condition, shipping and
handling costs will be covered by BeGreenWithSolar.com provided that
ample documentation can be provided as to the condition of said product,
i.e. photographs, etc. All returns
must have a RA # (return authorization number) from us to be accepted.

Terms for Returns
-Return items are all subject to a 20% restocking fee.
-Return or refund can take up to 4 weeks to process.
-Original receipt and Invoice # required for any return and refund.
-All returns must have a RA# (Return Authorization Number) from us to be accepted.
-All items must be in new and sellable condition, including the original box, packaging, and accessories.
Shipping
Shipping for the Continental U.S is free on all orders with standard ground shipping. International orders and orders to Alaska and Hawaii
are subject to additional rates. Express shipping is also available for an additional charge. Contact us for more information.
Sales Tax is Added to sales where applicable.
International Orders
Due to the high risk of shipping internationally, BeGreenWithSolar.com does not accept responsibility for damages incurred due to international shipping and handling. At BeGreenWithSolar.com it is our goal to provide the best customer service possible and provide a quality product at a reasonable price. Therefore, we guarantee all of our products to be in excellent and working condition upon time of order. By agreeing to order from BeGreenWithSolar.com, customer accepts that all sales are final. In addition, customer releases BeGreenWithSolar.com from any and all responsibilty for damages incurred during the shipping and handling process.
