 Return Policy:
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your product within 30 days of purchase, provided it is in unused condition. All merchandise returned or exchanged will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee less the shipping charges. Shipping and handling on return merchandise will not be refunded or covered by us. In the case of products that arrive damaged or in an unusable condition, shipping and handling costs (standard ground shipping rates only) may be covered by BeGreenWithSolar.com provided that ample documentation can be provided as to the condition of said product, i.e. photographs, etc. All returns must have a RA # (return authorization number) from us to be accepted. You can acquire your RA # by contacting us with your order information. International orders are subject to a separate policy, please see below.
